Between 2 and 8 September 2024, a total of 687 new arrivals were recorded at locations in Benue State. The new arrivals were recorded in Logo and Ukum local government areas (LGAs) of Benue State.
On 18 and 20 September 2024, farmer/herder clashes occurred in the communities of Ugba HC in Mbayam ward of Logo local government area (LGA) and Tse Azege in Ugbaam ward of Ukum LGA, all in Benue State. There were reports of one injury and two fatalities.

DTM Global Survey 2023
The Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) Global Survey 2023 is an annual stocktaking exercise which aims to present IOM DTM's operations and activities transparently. The Global Survey focuses on operations active from January 1 to December 31, 2023, with data collection occurring from February to April 2024.
