Базова оцінка території надає детальні дані щодо кількості та географічного розташування офіційно зареєстрованих
внутрішньо переміщених осіб (ВПО). Збір даних для 17-го туру базової оцінки території відбувався з 14 по 25 Листопада в 21 області та місті Києві. У охоплених областях кількість зареєстрованих ВПО була зібрана для всіх 106 районів і 931 громад (70 відсотків від загальної кількості громад). Крім того, дані з розбивкою за статтю були надані для 66 відсотків з охоплених громад: з цих територій 61 відсотки ВПО були жіночої статі та 39 відсотків чоловічої статі.

Starting on 24 February 2022, the war in Ukraine triggered an unprecedented humanitarian crisis and generated large scale displacement both within Ukraine and to the neighbouring countries. As of 28 October 2022, almost 3.4 million persons were internally displaced in Ukraine,1 and starting from 13 November 2022, over 90 thousands individual refugees from Ukraine were recorded in Romania. This report is based on 2,095 valid surveys collected by IOM’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) in Romania with adult refugees from Ukraine between 1 August and 20 October 2022. Please note that this is not yet a representative sample and results should be taken as indicative.

Le Nord Kivu, en particulier le territoire de Rutshuru, continue de faire face à une crise multidimensionnelle aggravée par le conflit armé imposé par le M23. Outre les déplacements, la persistance de cette crise détériore les moyens de subsistance et les besoins fondamentaux des populations affectées, et suscite des préoccupations croissantes en matière de protection. La crise s'aggrave, avec des conséquences humanitaires pour de nombreuses personnes vulnérables affectées par la crise.

La période allant jusqu'au 3 décembre 2022 est marquée par la reprise des combats entre les groupes armés d'autodéfense locaux et les rébellions du M23. Sur l'axe Bambo-Kibirizi dans le territoire de Rutshuru, ces combats ont provoqué des déplacements préventifs de population dans l'agglomération de Kibirizi, qui avait déjà accueilli plusieurs déplacés de Bambo et de Tongo.

De violents combats ont éclaté dans l'est de la République démocratique du Congo entre les rebelles du M 23 et les forces gouvernementales ( en novembre 2021 rompant une trêve qui durait depuis plusieurs années sur les lignes de front entre ces forces Cette situation a conduit à des violences depuis la reprise des combats en mars 2022 entraînant une urgence humanitaire et le déplacement de plus de 370 000 personnes ETT 104 au mois de novembre 2022.


Ces personnes déplacées quittent leurs villages d'origine pour échapper à la violence et aux attaques armées du groupe, abandonnant tous leurs moyens de subsistance, pour chercher une protection dans des endroits qu'elles considèrent comme sûrs Cette population déplacée a trouvé refuge à la fois dans des communautés d'accueil et des centres collectifs dans les territoires de Rutshuru, Lubero et Nyiragongo 99 centres collectifs ont été ouverts et accueillent des personnes vulnérables qui ont besoin d'une assistance humanitaire immédiate pour survivre En réponse à ce contexte, l'Organisation Internationale pour les Migrations ( a mis en place la matrice de suivi des déplacements (Displacement Tracking Matrix DTM) afin de collecter des données fiables auprès des populations affectées dans les centres collectifs du territoire de Nyiragongo, incluant le nombre, les profils, les schémas de déplacement, les conditions de vie et les vulnérabilités, afin de fournir des informations pour faciliter une réponse humanitaire Ces opérations d'enregistrement ont été menées en collaboration avec la Division des Affaires Humanitaires (DIVAH Nord Kivu) avec le soutien opérationnel du Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC).


L'équipe DTM de l'OIM continuera à adapter son approche opérationnelle afin d'approfondir la compréhension globale de cette crise et de son impact direct et à plus long terme sur les populations mobiles par le biais des activités suivantes le suivi des situations d'urgence ( la collecte des intentions et l'enregistrement ainsi que le suivi continu des tendances des déplacements avant, pendant et après les crises, afin de fournir une base de d’information probante pour la planification, la programmation et l’intervention humanitaires

From 1 January to 3 December 2022, IOM Yemen DTM tracked 9,690 households (HH) (58,140 Individuals) who experienced displacement at least once.

Between 27 November and 3 December 2022, IOM Yemen DTM tracked 62 households (372 individuals) displaced at least once. The majority of people moved into/within the following governorates and districts:

  • Marib (36 HHs) – Marib City (20 HHs), Marib (12 HHs), Harib (4 HHs) districts. Most displacements in the governorate originated from Al Hodeidah and Marib.
  • Lahj (14 HHs) – Al Qubaytah (14 HHs) district. All displacements in the governorate were internal.
  • Taiz (7 HHs) – Al Qahirah (7 HHs) district. Most displacements in the governorate originated from Taiz and Al Hodeidah.
The majority of people moved from the following governorates and districts:

  • Lahj (14 HHs) – Al Qubaytah (14 HHs) district.
  • Taiz (11 HHs) – At Taiziyah (3 HHs), Al Misrakh (2 HHs), Sharab As Salam (2 HHs) districts.

IOM Yemen DTM’s Rapid Displacement Tracking (RDT) tool collects data on estimated numbers of households forced to flee on a daily basis from their locations of origin or displacement, allowing for regular reporting of new displacements in terms of estimated numbers, geography, and needs. It also tracks returnees who returned to their location of origin.

During the reporting period (1 to 30 November 2022), a total of 41 movements were recorded - 22 arrivals (1,448 individuals), 17 departures (1,216 individuals), 2 returns (73 individuals). The largest arrival movements were recorded in Nipepe (1,092 individuals), Cidade de Nampula (231 individuals) and Mecuburi (67 individuals). The largest departure movements was recorded in Memba (1,150 individuals). The largest return movement was observed from Memba to Mocimboa da Praia (62 individuals). Of the total population, 97 per cent of mobile groups were displaced for the first time, 2 per cent for a second time and 1 per cent were displaced more than three times.

During the reporting period (23 to 29 November 2022), a total of 90 movements were recorded - 51 arrivals (1,775 individuals), 19 departures (1,036 individuals), and 20 returns (391 individuals). The largest arrival movements were recorded in Mueda (563 individuals), Metuge (481 individuals), Namuno (147 individuals), Palma (139 individuals) and Montepuez (124individuals). The largest departure movements were recorded in Nangade (933 individuals), and Cidade de Pemba (52 individuals). The largest return movement were observed from Montepuez to Mocimboa da Praia (153 individuals) and within Muidumbe (96 individuals). Of the total population, 13 per cent of mobile groups were displaced for the first time, 31 per cent for a second time and 56 per cent were displaced at least three times.
