У березні 2023 року програма МОМ Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) розпочала збір даних у рамках Інтеграційного опитування для оцінки прогресу та потреб, пов'язаних із професійною та соціальною інтеграцією українських біженців у Польщі. Мета опитування – зрозуміти ситуацію з працевлаштуванням, житловими потребами, фінансовою стійкістю, соціальною згуртованістю, бар'єрами у доступі до послуг, а також короткостроковими та середньостроковими потребами. Загалом було заповнено 1110 анкет у період з 1 травня по 30 серпня. Наведені нижче результати демонструють відмінності в показниках зайнятості, житла та соціальної інтеграції між респондентами, які мають намір залишитися в Польщі, і тими, хто збирається повернутися в Україну.

W marcu 2023 r. IOM Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) rozpoczął zbieranie danych w ramach Ankiety Integracyjnej w celu oceny postępów i potrzeb związanych z integracją zawodową I społeczną uchodźców z Ukrainy w Polsce. Celem badania było zrozumienie sytuacji osób w kwestii zatrudnienia, potrzeb mieszkaniowych, odporności finansowej, spójności społecznej, barier w dostępie do usług oraz krótko- i średnioterminowych potrzeb. Od 1 maja do 30 sierpnia przeprowadzono łącznie 1110 ankiet. Poniższe wyniki przedstawiają różnice we wskaźnikach  zatrudnienia, zakwaterowania i integracji społecznej między badanymi, którzy zamierzają pozostać w Polsce, a tymi, którzy chcą wrócić na Ukrainę.

In March of 2023, IOM’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) launched its Integration Survey data collection exercise to assess the progress and needs relating to labour and social integration of refugees from Ukraine in Poland. The aim of the assessment is to gain an understanding of the employment situations, housing needs, financial resilience, social cohesion, barriers to accessing services, and short-medium term needs of refugees. In the reporting period of 1 May - 30 August, a total of 1,110 surveys were conducted. The findings below reflect the differences in employment, accommodation, and social inclusion indicators between respondents who intend to remain in Poland as compared to those who intend to return to Ukraine.

NAJWAŻNIEJSZE USTALENIA

• Dane demograficzne: 59% respondentów podróżowało z co najmniej jednym dzieckiem w grupie. Wśród powracających mężczyzn (5%) 70% było w wieku powyżej 60 lat.

• 3 najczęściej wybierane kraje pobytu za granicą: Polska (49%), Niemcy (25%), Czechy (17%).

• Najczęściej wymieniane obwody pochodzenia: dniepropietrowski (19%), charkowski (16%), miasto Kijów (16%).

• Planowane miejsce docelowe 93% respondentów planowało powrót do obwodu, z którego pochodzą. Siedem procent osób, które zamierzały wrócić do innego obwodu, pochodziło głównie z obwodów donieckiego, charkowskiego, zaporoskiego, chersońskiego i dniepropietrowskiego.

• Intencje po powrocie: pobyt długoterminowy (50%), wizyta krótkoterminowa (40%), 10% nie było pewnych.

• Największe potrzeby w czasie wywiadu:* opieka zdrowotna (10%), wsparcie finansowe (9%), lekarstwa (8%), żywność (6%) i bezpieczeństwo osobiste (5%). 34% respondentów nie zgłosiło żadnych potrzeb.

• Główne obszary otrzymanej pomocy:* wsparcie finansowe (32%), pomoc żywnościowa (22%), pomoc w zakwaterowaniu (17%), artykuły WASH (woda, warunki sanitarne i higiena) (12%), odzież (7%) I wsparcie w transporcie (5%).

Overview

From 15 April 2023, armed clashes erupted between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). Clashes initially took place in cities across Northern and Khartoum states, later spreading across the Darfur and Kordofan regions.

Key Findings 

• DTM Sudan estimates that 4,570,541 Individuals (911,531 Households) have been recently internally displaced.
• The IDP caseload has been observed in 4,658 locations across all of Sudan’s 18 states.
• The highest proportions of IDPs have been observed in River Nile (12.62%), South Darfur (11.23%), East Darfur (10.97%), Aj Jazirah (8.03%), Northern (7.92%), and North Darfur (7.37%).
• Field teams report that the IDPs observed were originally displaced from eight states. The majority (3,127,888 IDPs, 68.44%) have been reportedly displaced from Khartoum state; followed by South Darfur (14.63%), North Darfur (7.94%), Central Darfur (4.01%), West Darfur (3.75%), South Kordofan (0.76%), North Kordofan (0.46%), and Aj Jazirah (0.01%).
• IOM DTM also reports that an estimated 1,256,436 mixed cross-border movements have been made into neighbouring countries.

• Dane demograficzne respondentów: 94% respondentów stanowiły kobiety. Wśród respondentów płci męskiej 60% było w wieku powyżej 60 lat.

• Długość pobytu: 34% respondentów przebywało w Polscekrócej niż miesiąc w momencie przeprowadzania badania. 50% respondentów przyjechało do Polski w pierwszych miesiącach po lutym 2022 roku.

• Główne obwody pochodzenia respondentów, którzy przyjechali do Polski w ciągu miesiąca od badania: kijowski (15%), lwowski (13%), dniepropietrowski (11%), charkowski (9%).

• Status zatrudnienia: 36% respondentów było zatrudnionych w czasie badania. (28% w I kwartale)*, 5% było bezrobotnych i nie szukało pracy (18% w I kwartale), a 18% było bezrobotnych i szukało pracy (17% w I kwartale).

• Stan prawny: 63% ankietowanych Ukraińców złożyło wniosek o status tymczasowej ochrony UE lub status uchodźcy. Głównymi powodami, dla których respondenci nie złożyli wniosku, były: planowany wyjazd (19%), planowanie złożenia wniosku w najbliższym czasie (12%), niewiedza, jak złożyć wniosek (2%) lub brak uprawnień (1%).

• Cztery najważniejsze potrzeby zgłoszone w momencie przeprowadzania wywiadu: wsparcie pieniężne (17%), potrzeby medyczne (12%), pośrednictwo pracy (12%) i zakwaterowanie (11%)**

• Tryb podróży: 63% respondentów podróżowało w grupie. 9% osób podróżujących w grupie zgłosiło posiadanie co najmniej jednego dziecka i osoby starszej w swoim gospodarstwie domowym**

On 10 August 2023, heavy rainfall struck International Secondary School and Zullum camps in Ngala LGA of Borno State, which affected a total of 2,472 individuals from 533 households. The incidents damaged 381 shelters, 22 latrines and 23 showers.
In response to these events, the DTM (Displacement Tracking Matrix) field team swiftly conducted evaluations to inform the humanitarian community, the government, and partners and to facilitate a targeted response. The field team utilized direct observation and key informant interviews in flash reports to collect representative data and determine the quantity and immediate needs of the affected groups.

In an effort to ensure lasting solutions for internally displaced persons (IDPs), the International Organization for Migration (IOM) has undertaken a mission to identify IDPs who are on the path to sustainable solutions and gain a better understanding of the composition of communities/camps hosting IDPs, with the intention of informing humanitarian communities and government agencies.
Between 01 June and 30 August 2023,  the displacement tracking matrix (DTM) conducted a biometric verification and registration exercise in several locations, including Malkohi new city, Daware camp, Labondo, and Salama housing camp. The primary objectives of this exercise were to identify the residents of these areas and to create profiles for vulnerable individuals within these communities/camp.
As of 30 August 2023, the DTM using the biometric registration and verification app successfully recorded the details of 2,004 IDPs from 375 house-holds in Daware camp, 1,788 IDPs from 323 households in Labondo, 491 IDPs from 99 households in Salama housing camp, and 1,107 IDPs from Malkohi new city. Data gathered from this exercise revealed that 16 per cent of households consist of 1-2 members, 27 per cent have 3-4 members, 25 per cent have 5-6 members, 17 per cent have 7-8 members, and 14 per cent have 9 or more members. On average, households in these locations consist of six members.
Throughout the exercise, a total of 534 vulnerable individuals were identified and their profiles were created.  This includes 191 individuals in Daware camp, 164 individuals in Labondo, 127 in Malkohi new city, and 52 individuals in Salama housing camp.  Among the vulnerable population, 55 per cent are breastfeeding mothers, followed by pregnant women accounting for 14 per cent of the total vulnerable population.
