L’évaluation rapide de l’OIM (Suivi des Urgences) est un outil mis en place dans le but de collecter des informations sur les mouvements importants et soudains des populations. Ces informations sont collectées à la suite de visites terrain et/ou d’entretiens téléphoniques avec les informateurs clé des sites de déplacement ou des communautés d’accueil. Les informations sont ensuite recueillies dans les outils Évaluation Rapide Multisectorielle (ERM). Ce rapport synthétique présente les résultats des évaluations réalisées du 02 – 08 octobre 2024 à travers des évaluations menées sur terrain avec les informateurs clé.
Les villages de Bigombe (du groupement Ba-nakyungu) et de Mazozo (du groupement Baligi, dans la chefferie de Wamuzimu, dans le territoire de Mwenga) ont été touchés par une forte pluie torrentielle accompagnée de vents violents, du 7 au 8 septembre 2024. Cette alerte a été lancée par l’ONG Actions et Interventions pour le Développement et l’Encadrement Social et vérifiée par OCHA (Alerte #5454).

This report provides insights into the profiles, experiences and journeys of migrants transiting through the Republic of Serbia. Data was collected from 1 to 30 September 2024 together with the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration of the Republic of Serbia (SCRM). The sample consists of 105 interviewed migrants in Asylum Centres (AC) Sjenica, (AC) Krnjaca, (AC) Obrenovac and Reception Centres (RC) Bujanovac, (RC) Presevo.

Une forte pluie, accompagnée d’un vent violent et des grêles, s’est abattue sur le littoral du groupement Mbinga-Sud (dans la chefferie de Buhavu, dans le territoire de Kalehe) ce qui a causé plusieurs dégâts matériels à la date du 11 septembre 2024. Cette alerte a été lancée par l’ONG Actions et Interventions pour le Développement et l’En-cadrement Social, et vérifiée par OCHA (Alerte #5453).

Кайтып келген эмгек мигранттары менен болгон сурамжылоо Кыргызстандагы ЭАМУнун МКМ системасын колдонуу менен өткөрүлдү. Бул изилдөө үчүн жер которгондорду көзөмөлдөө матрицасынын (ЖКМ) ыкмалары ишке ашырылган. Сурамжылоонун жерлери ЭАМУнун кайтып келген эмгек мигранттары боюнча Мобилдүүлүк Боюнча Баштапкы Баалоо жыйынтыгынын негизинде тандалган. Сурамжылоо анкетасы ЭАМУнун Борбордук Азиядагы ушуга окшош изилдөөлөрүнүн негизинде жана ички жана тышкы тематикалык эксперттер менен кеңешүү менен иштелип чыккан. Анкета социалдык-экономикалык профиль, миграциялык тажрыйба, ишке орношуу, акча которуулар, муктаждыктар жана аялуу жактар боюнча суроолорду камтыган.
Жети облус жана эки шаарда жүргүзүлгөн сурамжылоонун үчүнчү айлампасында 1734 кайтып келген эмгек мигранты сурамжыланган. Негизги жыйынтыктар алардын жагдайларына олуттуу түшүнүктөрдү ачып берет. Кайтып келген эмгек мигранттарынын басымдуу бөлүгү, 79 пайызы Россия Федерациясынан келгендер. Андан тышкары, респонденттердин 41 пайызы толук орто билимге ээ болгонун айтышса, респонденттердин 37 пайызы өздөрүн үй-бүлөнүн негизги багуучусу деп эсептешкен. Анын үстүнө, көрүнүктүү бөлүгү, 90 пайызы, алар өздөрүнүн же ата- энесинин үйүндө жашаарын айтышкан. Кайтып келген мигранттардын басымдуу бөлүгү, 23 пайызы мурда курулуш тармагында иштешкен. Кошумчалай кетсек, кайтып келген эмгек мигранттарынын 30 пайызы кайра миграция боюнча эч кандай планы жок Кыргызстанда биротоло калууну каалаарын билдиришкен.

From 1 January to 19 October 2024, IOM Yemen DTM tracked 2,904 households (HH) (17,424 Individuals) who experienced displacement at least once.
Between 13 and 19 October 2024, IOM Yemen DTM tracked 34 households (204 individuals) displaced at least once. The majority of people moved into/within the following governorates and districts:
- Ma’rib (22 HH) – Ma’rib City (12 HHs), Ma’rib (8 HHs), Raghwan (2 HHs) districts. Most displacements in the governorate originated from Ta’iz and Al Hodeidah.
- Al Hodeidah (7 HHs) – Al Khukhah (7 HHs) district. All displacements in the governorate were internal.
- Ta’iz (5 HHs) – Al Mudhaffar (3 HHs), Al Qahirah (2 HHs) districts. Most displacements in the governorate were internal.
The majority of people moved from the following governorates and districts:
- Al Hodeidah (11 HHs) – At Tuhayta (5 HHs), Al Jarrahi (3 HHs), Ad Durayhimi (2 HHs) districts.
- Ta’iz (11 HHs) – At Taiziyah (2 HHs), Al Maafer (2 HHs), Sharab Ar Rawnah (2 HHs) districts.
- Sanaa (3 HHs) – Manakhah (2 HHs), Nihm (1 HHs) districts.

IOM Yemen DTM's Rapid Displacement Tracking (RDT) tool collects data on estimated numbers of households forced to flee on a daily basis from their locations of origin or displacement, allowing for regular reporting of new displacements in terms of estimated numbers, geography, and needs. It also tracks returnees who returned to their location of origin.

IOM identified 14 additional households displaced in the previous reporting period, which covered 06 - 12 October 2024, in the governorates of Al Hodeidah (8 HHs), Ma'rib (5 HHs), and Ta'iz (1 HHs). These figures have been added to the cumulative displacement total recorded since the beginning of the year.
IOM’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) collected data through surveys conducted between January 1 and June 23, 2024, with Refugees from Ukraine in nine countries: Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, the Republic of Moldova, and Slovakia. The data is based on responses from 9,157 adult Ukrainian nationals who arrived in these countries after January 1, 2022.
Key findings:
Children’s Education: 86% of households have school-aged children. Nine out of ten children (92%) are enrolled in some form of schooling, including in local schools, remotely in Ukrainian schools, both (dual enrolment), or homeschooling.
Households with Disabilities: Households with a child with a disability have at higher rates at least one child not attending school (26%) compared to households without a child with disabilities (6%).
Barriers to Employment: 11% of respondents reported that a lack of recognition of their qualifications in the host country was a barrier to finding employment.
Education and Language: 49% of respondents had attended language courses, and many adults (22%) expressed a desire to continue their education to improve job prospects.

Ovaj izvještaj pruža uvid u profile, iskustva, potrebe, puteve i namjere migranata koji prolaze kroz Bosnu i Hercegovinu (BiH).1 Podaci su prikupljani od 1. do 30. septembra 2024. IOM je pratio rute u Republici Srpskoj, Kantonu Sarajevo, Posavskom kantonu, Tuzlanskom kantonu, Bosansko-podrinjskom kantonu i Unsko-sanskom kantonu, kako bi se utvrdili trendove ulazaka i izlazaka, kao i modaliteta tranzita unutar BiH. IOM je također anketirao 272 migranta na aktivnim tranzitnim lokacijama kao što su autobuske stanice ili na ključnim ulaznim i izlaznim lokacijama širom zemlje, kao i u četiri privremena prihvatna centra (PPC) u BiH (Lipa, Ušivak , Borići i Blažuj).

This information was collected following the armed attacks that have occurred since 17 October 2024 in the bordering areas of the municipalities of Port-au-Prince and Delmas on the one hand, particularly in the neighborhoods of Solino and Cité Numéro 2 and on the other hand in the municipality of Tabarre, precisely in the neighborhood of Tabarre 27. A total of 4,201 people were displaced following these attacks, including 3,487 following the attacks in Port-au-Prince and Delmas and 714 following those in Tabarre. The majority of people (61%), or 2,565 people, took refuge in sites, including 6 sites that already existed before these incidents and 3 sites newly created following these incidents. The rest of the people (39%) took refuge with host families.
