Senegal — Capacity assessment of state and non-state actors on the management of disembarkation operations in Senegal (December 2022)

The objectives of the assessment of the capacities of state and non-state actors on the management of disembarkation operations are to carry out a mapping of the actors and authorities in connection with the landing activities, assess the level of coverage of the Senegalese coast in terms of assistance according to the territories and assess the level of capacity of the authorities and key actors in terms of disembarkation with a view to mobilizing for the co-development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The study was conducted between September 2022 and January 2023, and presented to the steering committee on February 9th, 2023.
