As of 31 October 2016, the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) has identified 1,822,541 internally displaced persons (IDPs) - 321, 514 families - displaced since the escalation of violence in 2014. The largest IDP populations are located in Borno, Adamawa and Yobe, corresponding to 93% of the total IDP population.
