This information management product determines the status, locations, and needs of people affected by the ongoing conflict in Northeast Nigeria. As of 20 October 2018, the DTM has identified 2,026,602 IDPs (388,767 households) across Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba, and Yobe States. This represents an increase of 5 per cent (99,854 persons) from the previous DTM Round. The assessed number of IDPs has been on the increase since January 2018, indicating that displacements have continued due to the volatile situation on the ground, while number of returns from neighbouring regions into situations of secondary displacement have also been on the increase.
