Mozambique — Emergency Tracking Tool Report — 125 (6 October - 12 October 2021)

During the reporting period (06 to 12 October 2021), a total of 71 movements were recorded - 35 arrivals (909 individuals), 23 departures (1,923 individuals), 7 transits (221 individuals), and 4 returns (300 individuals), The largest depertures were recorded in Mueda (1,258 individuals), Montepuez (433 individuals), and Chiure (193 individuals). The largest arrivals were recorded in Nangade (625 individuals), Ancuabe (74 individuals) and Montepuez (55 individuals). More than half of the population (76%) were displaced for the third time. An estimated 25 per cent of observed movements had been displaced prior to this latest movement.
