In Mobility Tracking Report 4, DTM identified 425,250 IDPs, 258,025 returnees and 264,014 migrants (findings on migrants may also include refugees) in Libya. DTM Libya maintained its geographic coverage established in Mobility Tracking Report 3, conducting assessments in all accessible areas of the country, covering 100 out of 104 areas. Field assessments were conducted in 516 out of a total of 667 locations: an increase of 64 locations covered since the third report.
