Iraq — Mosul Operations Data Snapshot (13 April 2017)

DTM recorded 54.572 IDP families comprised of 327,432 individuals. The majority of recorded IDPs originated from Mosul District (292,824 individuals). Most IDPs are living in camps or emergency sites (284,448 individuals). As of 12 April 2017 Haj Ali camp reported an overall increase of approximately 436 IDP families. Activities have resumed in Hammam al-Aleel camp and official figures are now available, hence the recorded increase of 930 IDP families. Ongoing return movements are recorded from the camps in Merkaz Al-Hamdaniya sub-district, particularly Hasansham M2. Returns are recorded also from Nargizliya 1 and 2, in Markaz Al-Shikhan.
