The country of Antigua and Barbuda was affected by the passage of Hurricane Irma. Particularly, on the island of Barbuda where an estimated 95% of buildings were damaged and 1,700 Barbudans affected. For this first Return Intentions Survey in Antigua and Barbuda, two active centers were assessed by seven DTM enumerators who interviewed 193 individuals. 31% of interviewed households have indicated that the lack of access to water is the main problem encountered.
