A total of 306 heads of households were interviewed: 34% were daily wage laborers in Pakistan, 11% were drivers and 6% were shopkeepers. The majority of the heads of household interviewed (59%) reported at least some debt, mostly between 10,000 - 20,000 PKR. Of the heads of household interviewed, 34% intended to look for daily wage labor once they settled in their final destination. The majority of heads of household surveyed (52%, 156 HH) indicated shelter as their primary need.
