South Sudan — Population count: Bentiu IDP Camp (January 2022)
Bentiu IDP camp was established in December 2013. As of January 2022, 134,946 individuals (30,841 households) are biometrically registered as active beneficiaries in the site, representing an increase by 175 individuals since November following verification of previously inactive beneficiaries.
South Sudan — Population count: Naivasha IDP Camp and Masna Collective Centre (January 2022)
In January 2022, the monthly population count was conducted at Masna Collective Centre where 3,025 individuals / 696 households were identified and Naivasha IDP Camp where 7,885 individuals / 2,146 households were counted.
South Sudan — Population count: Bentiu IDP Camp (November 2021)
Bentiu IDP camp was established in December 2013.

In December 2021, the monthly population count was conducted at Masna Collective Centre where 3,006 individuals / 684 households were identified and Naivasha IDP Camp where 7,765 individuals / 1,981 households were counted.

IOM’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) continued conducting Displacement Site Flow Monitoring (DSFM) at the gates of Malakal PoC Site.
South Sudan — Bentiu IDP Camp Displacement Site Flow Monitoring (October-December 2021)
IOM’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) continued conducting Displacement Site Flow Monitoring (DSFM) at the gates of Bentiu IDP Camp. The fourth quarter of 2021 recorded 6,690 interviews accounting for 30,871 individuals moving into and out of the camp.
South Sudan — Wau Naivasha Displacement Site Flow Monitoring (October-December 2021)
IOM’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) continued conducting Displacement Site Flow Monitoring (DSFM) at the gates of Naivasha IDP Camp. During this period, 2,705 interviews were conducted accounting for 11,934 individuals moving into and out of the camp.
South Sudan — Wau Masna Displacement Site Flow Monitoring (October-December 2021)
IOM’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) continued conducting Displacement Site Flow Monitoring (DSFM) at the gates of Wau Masna Collective Centre. In the fourth quarter of 2021, 2,082 interviews were conducted representing 3,224 individual movements into and out of the collective centre.
South Sudan — Sex and Age Disaggregated Data (SADD) highlighting potential risks to populations affected by displacement (December 2020)
DTM standards advocate for the inclusion of Sex and Age Disaggregated Data (SADD) to support production of data and analysis specific to women, girls, boys, and men. DTM standards outline the best practices for selecting key informants to increase participation of women and girls.

IOM’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) continued conducting Displacement Site Flow Monitoring (DSFM) at the gates of Naivasha IDP Camp. During the third quarter, 2,250 interviews were conducted accounting for 9,751 individuals moving into / out of the camp.

In October 2021, the monthly population count was conducted at Masna Collective Centre where 3,679 individuals / 908 households were identified and Naivasha IDP Camp where 9,673 individuals / 2,468 households were counted.
