Le suivi des situations d’urgence (en anglais, Emergency Tracking Tool, ETT) est une des composantes de la Matrice de suivi des déplacements (DTM) déployée par l’Organisation Internationale pour les Migrations (OIM). Il a pour objectif de rassembler des informations sur les mouvements significatifs et soudains de populations ainsi que sur des urgences sécuritaires et climatiques. Les données ont été collectées par observation directe et par des entretiens téléphoniques, auprès de 03 informateurs clés, principalement les autorités locales, les organisations non gouvernementales (ONGs), les organisations de la société civile (OSCs) et les représentants des populations dans les lieux affectés. Ce tableau de bord présente des informations sur des mouvements de personnes depuis les localités de Denglden et Lbubam situées dans l’arrondissement de Mokolo (département du Mayo Tsanaga) vers la localité de Sirak Gorai dans le même arrondissement, survenus depuis le 14 janvier 2023.

Entre le 8 au 14 Janvier 2023, la DTM a identifié 315 personnes affectées dont 15 personnes déplacées par la grêle.

A fire broke out on 12 January 2023, at the International Secondary School Camp in the Ngala Local Government Area (LGA) of Borno State, causing damage to and destroying the shelters and possessions of many Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs). Many personal items were lost in the fire, including food ration cards and biometric identification cards. There were no reported injuries or fatalities.
The fire incident destroyed 39 emergency shelters, 49 block/brick shelters and 30 self-made/makeshift shelters affecting 517 individuals in 118 households. The affected individuals included 324 children, 118 women and 75 men.

The victims of the fire outbreak currently reside with neighbours in the exact location while they attempt to rebuild their shelters. They are in desperate need of shelter and shelter repair kits. Other needs include NFIs (non-food items) and food.

At the time of reporting, no assistance has been rendered to the affected population. 

As part of the IDP relocation programme issued by the Borno State Government (BSG), the 400 Housing Estate Camp (or Gubio Camp), located in the Ward Auno Chabbol of Konduga LGA, was closed between December 1, 2022, and December 10, 2022. Following this event, a rapid movement intention survey was conducted by DTM (Displacement Tracking Matrix) field staff to identify the destinations of the 19,910 IDPs (4,471 households) residing in Gubio Camp and inform the humanitarian community.
According to DTM round 42 (June, 2022), the total number of IDPs residing in the Gubio camp was 22,849 still, during the movement intention survey, the team captured 19,910 individuals and their intended destination LGAs. About 2,939 individuals, upon receiving the news of the planned camp's closure, had left before the team arrived for the survey.
Following the closure of the camp, 4,498 individuals (23%) are expected to arrive in Kukawa LGA, 3,452 individuals (17%) in Bama LGA, 3,072 individuals (15%) in Marte LGA, 2,840 individuals (14) in Ngala LGA, 2,560 individuals (13%) in Kalabalge LGA, 1,210 individuals (6% in Abadam LGA), 207 individuals (1% in Konduga), and 50 individuals (1% in Gubio LGA). 
Meanwhile, DTM’s emergency tracking (ETT) is ongoing at the locations of arrival. At the time of reporting, more than 10,891 individuals had been tracked at their arrival locations in the LGAs of Jere, Ngala, Kala Balge, Marte, MMC, and Gwoza. The locations receiving the movement include camps, camp-like settings, and host communities. 

Since 24 February 2022, refugees from Ukraine and Third Country Nationals (TCNs) have been fleeing to neighbouring countries as a result of the war. 33,446 refugees from Ukraine and TCNs were registered in Hungary as of 10 January 2023, according to UNHCR and the Hungarian Government. This report is based on a survey on displacement patterns, needs and intentions, launched by IOM’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) in Hungary. All interviews were conducted face-to-face by IOM’s DTM trained enumerators with adult refugees and TCNs fleeing Ukraine. The analysis is based on 653 surveys collected between 01 and 31 December 2022. Interviews were carried out in various locations, such as Budapest (146) and Záhony – Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County (507), and in various settings, including transit points (e.g., train and bus stations), the Help Center (run by the Budapest Municipality and IOM), the Info and Community Center (run by IOM and UNHCR), collective accommodations and a food and non-food items distribution event.

All interviews were conducted face-to-face by IOM’s DTM trained enumerators with adult refugees and TCNs crossing back to Ukraine. The analysis is based on 270 surveys collected between 01 and 31 December 2022. Interviews were carried out in various locations, such as Budapest (21) and Záhony – Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County (249), at train stations.

IOM Yemen DTM’s Rapid Displacement Tracking (RDT) tool collects data on estimated numbers of households forced to flee on a daily basis from their locations of origin or displacement, allowing for regular reporting of new displacements in terms of estimated numbers, geography, and needs. It also tracks returnees who returned to their location of origin.

From 1 January to 14 January 2023, IOM Yemen DTM tracked 543 households (HH) (3,258 Individuals) who experienced displacement at least once.

Between 8 and 14 January 2023, IOM Yemen DTM tracked 115 households (690 individuals) displaced at least once. The majority of people moved into/within the following governorates and districts:

• Marib (56 HHs) – Marib City (38 HHs), Marib (12 HHs), Harib (6 HHs) districts. Most displacements in the governorate originated from Marib and Al Hodeidah.
• Lahj (39 HHs) – Al Qubaytah (39 HHs) district. All displacements in the governorate orginiated from Taiz.
• Al Hodeidah (12 HHs) – Hays (8 HHs), At Tuhayta (3 HHs), Al Khukhah (1 HHs) districts.       Most displacements in the governorate originated from Taiz and Al Hodeidah.

The majority of people moved from the following governorates and districts:   

• Taiz (50 HHs) – Mawiyah (39 HHs), Maqbanah (7 HHs), Al Mawasit (2 HHs) districts.
• Marib (15 HHs) – Harib (7 HHs), Raghwan (2 HHs), Al Jubah (2 HHs) districts.
• Al Hodeidah (14 HHs) – Al Marawiah (4 HHs), At Tuhayta (3 HHs), Al Mina (3 HHs) districts.

The snapshot captures present mobility and displacement trends between Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran and Pakistan.
