Registration aims to derive census-like data in a location or locations, against defined criteria for the population of concern. It captures detailed data at individual or household level. It can be time and resource intensive, and is suitable for established locations hosting populations of concern. In humanitarian contexts, the scope and purpose of registration activities are limited to support the targeting and delivery of assistance, and are well-regulated in terms of data protection to minimize personally identifiable data. Registration data is collected to the minimum level of detail required to allocate assistance and services. This dataset reflects the aggregation of the registration exercises conducted in Sudan since 2010
