L'OIM a mis en oeuvre l'outil de suivi des mouvements transhumants (Transhumance Tracking Tool, TTT), qui comporte deux volets: 1) le comptage et 2) les enquêtes. Une première collecte de données a été réalisée entre le 18 mars et 18 avril 2019, en collaboration avec le Groupement National des Associations Pastorales (GNAP).
