Mozambique — Emergency Tracking Tool Report 149 — (16 - 22 March 2022)
During the reporting period (16 to 22 March 2022), a total of 42 movements were recorded - 35 Arrivals (1,348 individuals), and 7 departures (491 individuals). The largest arrival movements were recorded in Nangade (723 individuals), Mueda (457 individuals), and Montepuez (63 individuals).

Mozambique — Movement Alert Report 40 (23 March 2022)
Recent movements of Non-State Armed Groups (NSAGs) have been reported in Mueda district. As of 23 March, observed presence of NSAGs in Mocimboa do rovuma and Naida areas triggered four large IDP arrival movements recorded in Namaua, Natsenge and Ngapa.

Djibouti — Migration Trends Dashboard 7 (February 2022)
In February 2022, 15,242 movements were observed at the Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs) in Djibouti, representing a daily average of 544 movements. Migration flows increased by 20 per cent compared to the month of January 2022, during which an average of 454 movements had been registered daily.

In February 2022, a total of 18,683 movements were observed across five of Ethiopia's flow monitoring points (FMPs).

In February 2022, a total of 28,717 movements were observed at 7 Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs). This represents a decrease of 10 per cent in comparison with January 2022 when 31,960 movements were observed.

Tropical Storm Gombe made landfall as a Category 3 Tropical Cyclone on Friday, March 11 at 00:00 GMT on the coast between Mossuril and Mogincual districts (Nampula Province). Further reports of damages have been recorded in Nampula and Zambizia provinces.

IOM, in partnership and close coordination with the Government of Zimbabwe, conducted DTM household intention assessments in villages assessed during the multisectoral village assessments in Chimanimani and Chipinge districts of Manicaland province in Zimbabwe.

Electronic questionnaires were used to collect the data and purposive sampling was used for sample selection. Analysis of the data has been done using descriptive statistics and visualization techniques.
