On November 5th, 2023, 28 Chadian nationals (26 men, 2 women) were collectively expelled from Libya and arrived in the town of Ounianga-Kébiron 7 November 2023. Most of the expelled persons come from Guéra, WadiFira, Ouaddaï and Batha.
