Ces informations ont été recueillies à la suite dattaques survenues dans la commune de SaintMarc plus précisément dans la 5e section communale de Bocozelle le 3 octobre 2024Un total de 6 270 personnes 1 281 ménagesontété déplacées à la suite de ces attaques Ces individus se sont réfugiés dans les communes de La ChapelleMontrouisPetite Rivière de lArtibonite et SaintMarc avec 88 dentre eux chez des proches en familles daccueil tandis que 12 ont trouvé refuge dans trois sites distinctsAu moment de la rédaction de ce rapport les déplacements étaient toujours en cours Des mises à jour seront diffusées par la DTM en fonction des observations de nouveaux déplacements

This information was gathered following attacks that occurred in the commune of Saint Marc specifically in the 5th communal section of Bocozelle on 3 rd of October 2024 A total of6270 individuals 1281 households were displacedas a result ofthese attacks These individuals sought refuge in the communes of La Chapelle Montrouis Petite Rivière delArtiboniteand SaintMarc with 88 of them staying with relatives as host families while 12 found refuge in three separate sitesAt the time of drafting this report the displacements were still ongoing Updates will be disseminated by DTM IOM based on observations of new movements
