From 14 to 22 August 2017, arrivals were registered in the following Local Government Areas: Bama (20), Damboa (23), Dikwa (22), Gubio (20), Gwoza (738), Kaga (28), Konduga (13), Kukawa (48), Mafa (63), Monguno (42), Ngala (392), Madagali (1,511), and Shelleng (159). Departures were registered in Bama (14), Kaga (6), and Jere (11). The most urgent humanitarian needs include shelter (Gwoza, Kukawa, Ngala), non-food items (Dikwa, Kukawa, Ngala, Madagali), food (Dikwa, Gwoza, Kukawa, Ngala), and water (Gwoza, Ngala). As of 22 August, a total of 927,190 IDPs have been identified in Bama (56,618), Damboa (77,662), Dikwa (100,441), Gwoza (72,484), Gubio (5,953), Kaga (19,789), Konduga (107,660), Mafa (6,968), Monguno (123,429), Ngala (44,862), Kukawa (14,963), Jere (275,273), Madagali (20,178), and Shelleng (910).
