Iraq — Displacement Report 62 (January 2017)

Within the covered period, the total number of identified IDPs decreased by 2%, i.e. by 68,142 individuals. Despite the general decrease in the number of IDPs due to ongoing return movements, two governorates recorded a remarkable increase in identified IDPs (Ninewa +10% and Salah al-Din +3%). Overall, the returnee population increased by 10%, i.e. by 123,192 individuals.
