Uganda — Flow Monitoring Survey Dashboard: Uganda/Kenya Border (October 2022)
In October 2022, a total of 2,222 people were interviewed at four Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs) across the border between Uganda and Kenya. Similar to the previous period, more people interviewed were incoming to Uganda (55%) than outgoing to Kenya (45%).

In September 2022, a total of 2,007 people were interviewed at four Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs) across the border between Uganda and Kenya. The majority of people interviewed were incoming to Uganda (57%) against outgoing to Kenya (43%).

Over the reporting period, a total of 1157 movements were observed at five (5) Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs) at the border with Kenya. Similar to the previous month, it was observed a majority of incomingflows (53%) against outgoing flows (47%).

Over the reporting period, a total of 7,428 movements were observed at the Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs) and 123 were internal. The movements originated from various countries and United Republic of Tanzania was dominant with a total of 3,699.

Over the reporting period, a total of 4,013 movements were observed at four (4) Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs) at the Ugandan border with South Sudan; this represents a decrease of 46% in terms of average daily movements as compared to the previous month.

Over the reporting period, a total of 7,738 movements were observed at four (4) Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs) at the Ugandan border with South Sudan; this represents an increase of 46% in terms of average daily movements as compared to the previous month.

Over the reporting period, a total of 115,436 movements were observed at eight (8) Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs) at the border with the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

Over the reporting period, a total of 30,155 movements were observed at eleven (11) Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs) at the Ugandan border with South Sudan.

Over the reporting period, a total of 206,453 movements were observed at eight (8) Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs) at the border with the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Similar to December 2019, this month saw a majority of incoming flows (58%) against outgoing flows (42%).

Over the reporting period, a total of 20,680 movements were observed at four (4) Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs) at the Ugandan border with South Sudan. Two FMPs (Panjala and Busia) were closed at the end of Last month.

Over the reporting period, a total of 208,331 movements were observed at eight (8) Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs) at the border with the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). This represents an increase of 8 per cent in terms of average daily movement as compared to January 2020.
