From 01 January 2020- 4 Jul 2020, IOM Yemen DTM estimates that 16,786 Households or 100,716 Individuals have experienced displacement, at least once. Between the 28th Jun 2020 and 4th of Jul 2020, the highest number of displacements were seen in: • Taizz (57 HH) – Mawza (19 HH), Jabal Habashy (9 HH), Ash Shamayatayn (8 HH) districts. Most displacements in the governorate were originated from Taiz and Aden. • Marib (50 HH) – Al Abdiyah (20 HH), Marib City (10 HH), Mahliyah (10 HH) districts. Most displacements in the governorate were internal. • Hadramaut (34 HH) – Sayun (26 HH),Al Abr (8 HH) districts. Most displacements in the governorate were originated from Al Jawf and Dhamar. Most displacement resulted from increased conflict in the following Governorates and districts. • Marib (56 HH) – Mahliyah (28 HH), Al Abdiyah (22 HH), Raghwan (6 HH) districts. • Taizz (29 HH) – Maqbanah (12 HH), Mawza (6 HH) districts. • Al Hudaydah (27 HH) – Bayt Al Faqiah (6 HH),Zabid (5 HH),Hays (5 HH) districts. Methods used: • DTM’s Rapid Displacement Tracking (RDT) tool collects and reports on numbers of households forced to flee on a daily basis, allowing for regular reporting of new displacements in terms of numbers, geography and needs. Limitations: • DTM Yemen is unable to report on figures in some governorates due to access limitations.
