Haiti — COVID-19 Border Monitoring — Situation Report 3 (05 - 12 April 2020)

DTM Haiti has been monitoring the flows of migrants travelling between the Dominican Republic and Haiti at five border crossings (Ouanaminthe, Belladere, Malpasse, Cornillon, Fonds-Verettes). A total of 16,250 movements have been observed over the period 05 - 12 April 2020, of which 6,540 are to Haiti and 10,010 are to the Dominican Republic. There were also 2,558 voluntary returns.
