Within the period of 29 July - 4 August, a total of 1,390 movements were recorded, including 1,011 arrivals and 379 departures. Arrivals were recorded at locations in Askira/Uba, Bama, Damboa, Dikwa, Gwoza, Jere, Kaga, Kala/Balge, Mobbar, Monguno and Ngala Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Borno state and locations in Demsa, Gombi, Hong, Madagali, Maiha, Michika, Mubi North, Mubi South, Numan, Song, Yola North and Yola South LGAs of Adamawa state. Departures were recorded in Bama and Kala/Balge LGAs of Borno state and locations in Demsa, Fufore, Girei, Gombi, Hong, Madagali, Maiha, Mayo-Belwa, Michika, Mubi South, Numan, song, Yola North and Yola South LGAs of Adamawa state.
ETT assessments identified the following movement triggers: voluntary relocation (31%), improved security (18%), flood (4%), ongoing conflict (7%) and poor living conditions (41%).
