Europe — Mixed Migration Flows to Europe Monthly Overview (September 2018)
According to the compilation of available data from national authorities and IOM offices, a total of 103,450 migrants and refugess arrived in Europe between January and September 2018. An estimated 81 per cent of the overall population crossed the Mediterranean Sea (83,067), mainly using the Western Mediterranean route which leads to Spain where 37,391 new sea arrivals were registered between January and September 2018.
DTM Global Survey 2023
The Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) Global Survey 2023 is an annual stocktaking exercise which aims to present IOM DTM's operations and activities transparently. The Global Survey focuses on operations active from January 1 to December 31, 2023, with data collection occurring from February to April 2024.
