Following the recent attacks in Palma Sede, DTM teams in Nangade, Mueda, Montepuez, Ancuabe, Metuge, Balama, Namuno, Chiure, Mecufi, Ibo and Pemba districts continue to register significant rise in IDP arrivals since 27 March. On the 1st of June 2021, an estimated number of 606 IDPs were registered in the receiving districts bringing the total number of IDPs to 64,705 people who have been displaced from Palma.
DTM Global Survey 2023
The Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) Global Survey 2023 is an annual stocktaking exercise which aims to present IOM DTM's operations and activities transparently. The Global Survey focuses on operations active from January 1 to December 31, 2023, with data collection occurring from February to April 2024.
