This report provides detailed results of a study, conducted by IOM in 2020 in Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Guinea and The Gambia. The report assesses the levels, types and modalities of debts incurred by migrants throughout their migration journey, focusing on economic as well as 'social' and 'moral' debt. The report also explores the impact of migrants' debt on their reintegration in their host communities.
DTM Global Survey 2023
The Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) Global Survey 2023 is an annual stocktaking exercise which aims to present IOM DTM's operations and activities transparently. The Global Survey focuses on operations active from January 1 to December 31, 2023, with data collection occurring from February to April 2024.
