Round 6 of DTM data collection in the north-west and north-central geopolitical zones was conducted between 8 and 24 February 2021.

Between 31 May and 6 June 2021, a total of 1,962 movements were recorded in the states of Adamawa and Borno. The recorded movements consisted of 1,295 arrivals and 667 departures.

On 31 May 2021 at 2:30PM, there was a fire outbreak at Kuya Primary School Camp that reportedly destroyed shelters and belongings of numerous IDP households. This incident fully destroyed 327 shelters and partially damaged 30 shelters, affecting a total of 1,246 individuals in 353 households.

DTM Global Survey 2023
The Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) Global Survey 2023 is an annual stocktaking exercise which aims to present IOM DTM's operations and activities transparently. The Global Survey focuses on operations active from January 1 to December 31, 2023, with data collection occurring from February to April 2024.
