Sobre Vanuatu
Vanuatu is often affected by volcanic activity and natural disasters. DTM has been operational on the islands from 2018 with the South East Ambrym Earthquake, the 2019 Ambae Earthquake, to the present day. DTM exists to provide information on the needs of the communities affected by natural disasters, to establish their needs, and to track mobility and movement in respect to evacuation orders and inter-island migration. Site assessments and return intention surveys have been carried out with coordination from the Vanuatu National Disaster Management Office.
