During the period of 6 and 20 July, 456 individuals were rescued and 2 bodies were retrieved from the Libyan coast. As of 20 July, 11,122 individuals have been rescued in 2017. As of 20 July, 93,369 arrivals and 2,207 deaths were recorded by sea to Italy through the Central Mediterranean route in 2017.
