DTM recorded 108,624 IDPs comprising 18,104 families. Of these, 84,198 reported that their district of origin was Mosul. The highest number of IDPs was recorded in Ninewa governorate, 107,376 individuals (99% of the total). 93,102 individuals were recorded living in camps and emergency sites. As of 21 December approximately 80 families arrived to Qayyarah Jad’ah 3 camp from Hatra district.
DTM Global Survey 2023
The Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) Global Survey 2023 is an annual stocktaking exercise which aims to present IOM DTM's operations and activities transparently. The Global Survey focuses on operations active from January 1 to December 31, 2023, with data collection occurring from February to April 2024.
