94,542 displaced individuals comprising 46,873 households in 183 displacement sites were identified in Tigray region. These figures represent an increase of 11,574 individuals (13.95%), an increase of 8,580 households (22.41%) and an increase of 21 sites (12.96%) since round 15 (January/February 2019). 15.3% sites opened during 2018 and 3% opened in 2019. 59% of displaced individuals were male and 41% were female. 34% were younger than 18 years old while 3% were over 60 years old.
DTM Global Survey 2023
The Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) Global Survey 2023 is an annual stocktaking exercise which aims to present IOM DTM's operations and activities transparently. The Global Survey focuses on operations active from January 1 to December 31, 2023, with data collection occurring from February to April 2024.
