On 08 June, armed bandits attacked the communities of Samabawa and Gamawa in Zarummai ward of Bukkuyum LGA in Zamafara State. The attacks affected 440 individuals, displacing 436 individuals to the community of Bukkuyum Town in Bukkuyum ward. There were four fatalities and two injuries reported as a result of the attacks.
A communal clash erupted on 11 June between Ibilla and Oju communities over a land dispute in Anyuwogbu community in Ibilla ward of Oju LGA in Benue State. The clash affected 623 individuals and displaced them within Ibilla ward, with some of the displaced residing in the police station. Four fatalities, 23 injuries, and over 320 homes and businesses were destroyed as a result of the clash.
