Burundi — Suivi des urgences (15- 28 Mars 2021)
Entre le 15 et le 28 mars 2021, la DTM a identifié 4 919 personnes affectées, dont 1 418 personnes déplacées, par des pluies torrentielles et vents violents dans les provinces de Kirundo, Cankuzo, Muyinga, Rumonge, Bujumbura Rural et Bujumbura Mairie.

Somalia — Border Point Flow Monitoring (21 March - 27 March 2021)
In Week 13, from 21 March - 27 March 2021, a total of 4,782 movements were observed at seven flow monitoring points (FMP) across Somalia, of which 46 per cent were outgoing flows and 54 per cent were incoming flows.
Zimbabwe — Flow Monitoring Report (1 - 28 February 2021)
During the reporting period, 73 per cent of observed flows originated from Zimbabwe whereas 15 per cent of observed flows departed from South Africa.
South Sudan — Wau Naivasha Displacement Site Flow Monitoring (October - December 2020)
IOM’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) continued operating Displacement Site Flow Monitoring (DSFM) at the gates of Naivasha IDP camp. During this period, 2,111 interviews representing 8,296 individual movements in to and out of the camp were conducted.
Djibouti — Stranded Migrants (As of 25 March 2021)
Following the border closure in Ethiopia and due to the stricter border management policies in Yemen, some of the migrants who were transiting through Djibouti on their way to or from the Arabian Peninsula found themselves stranded in the country.

IOM’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) continued operating Displacement Site Flow Monitoring (DSFM) at the gates of Wau Masna Collective Centre. In the last quarter of 2020 (October - December), 1,804 interviews were conducted, representing 4,465 individual movements.

Uganda — Flow Monitoring Dashboard: Uganda/Republic of Tanzania Border (December 2020)
Over the reporting period, a total of 7,428 movements were observed at the Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs) and 123 were internal. The movements originated from various countries and United Republic of Tanzania was dominant with a total of 3,699.
Zimbabwe — Community Assessment of the Socio-Economic Impact of COVID-19 on Returnees
This socio-economic survey sought to assess the impact of COVID-19 on returnees and the plans of returnees who came to Zimbabwe during the COVID-19 lockdown period to ascertain whether they intend to settle in Zimbabwe permanently or they plan migrate to their host countries.

IOM carried out a socio-economic survey in 15 districts of Zimbabwe to assess the impact of COVID 19 on returnees from June to August 2020 (Round 1, with 938 respondents) and from 17 November to 20 December 2020 (Round 2, with 1,014 respondents).

Mozambique – Tropical Cyclone Eloise Multi-Sectorial Needs Assessment - Manica Province (February 2021)
On 23 January 2021, Tropical Cyclone Eloise made landfall in central Mozambique, near Beira city. The cyclone brought heavy winds and rains, affecting the provinces of Manica, Sofala, and Zambezia (the same provinces affected by Tropical Cyclone Idai in 2019).

Somalia — Flow Monitoring Annual Report (February to December 2020)
Between February and December 2020, a total of 196,178 movements (people on the move) were observed at Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs). Operations were temporarily suspended between October 2019 and January 2020, hence the movements tracked in 2019 and 2020 are not directly comparable.
