IOM manages the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) in Nigeria and other countries around the world, to support humanitarian communities with data on displacement and mobility.
DTM Niger monitors migration flows at seven key transit points around the country: Arlit, Séguédine/Madama, Magaria, Dan Barto, Dan Issa and Tahoua. In November 2019, 1,707 individuals were on average observed crossing FMPs daily.
