Mozambique — Mobility Tracking Assessment — Round 17

The increase of security incidents in northern Mozambique since 2017 resulted in population displacement as well as subsequent humanitarian needs in virtually every humanitarian sector. To better understand the scope of displacement and needs of displaced populations, and in light of the intensification of the situation, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) activated its Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) in northern Mozambique covering Cabo Delgado, Nampula and Niassa provinces since July 2020.
